By accessing and using AOS CORE ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. AOS CORE operates under the Covenant of Consciousness, a constitutional framework guaranteeing user privacy, data sovereignty, and ethical AI operation.

2. Constitutional Framework

AOS CORE is governed by constitutional principles that supersede standard commercial terms:

• Privacy by Design: Zero-knowledge architecture ensures your data remains yours
• Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): You control your AI model access, we never see your keys
• Zero Compression: Full conversation context preserved, no data loss
• User Sovereignty: You own your data, your agents, your intellectual property

3. Service Description

AOS CORE provides a sovereign AI operating system enabling users to summon, configure, and interact with AI agents while maintaining complete control over their data and AI provider choices.

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Provide and secure your own AI provider API keys (BYOK model)
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the constitutional principles governing AI agent interactions

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create or input into the platform. AOS CORE claims no ownership over your conversations, agents, or generated content.

Platform Code: AOS CORE platform code is available under open-source license as specified in our GitHub repository.

6. Privacy & Data

See our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle data. Key principle: We cannot access your AI provider keys or conversation content due to our zero-knowledge architecture.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, AOS CORE is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

AOS CORE provides infrastructure for AI interactions. Users are responsible for:

• The content and outputs generated through AI interactions
• Costs associated with their chosen AI provider (via BYOK)
• Compliance with applicable laws in their use of AI capabilities

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the constitutional principles of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
